HopeTree Family Services seeks a Director of Facility Maintenance to lead the maintenance, repair, and operation of all facilities. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, safety, and regulatory compliance while managing a diverse team across multiple sites.

The role requires 3+ years in facility maintenance leadership, strong knowledge of building systems, and proficiency with facility management software. A passion for energy efficiency and safe operations is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; three+ years in facility maintenance management with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory codes, safety standards and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and renovations for efficiency and longevity.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Foster safety culture, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to align maintenance with goals.
• Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget and cost savings.
• Oversee vendor contracts and negotiate service agreements.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure OSHA, ADA and fire safety compliance.
• Develop and implement emergency response and disaster recovery plans.
• Conduct regular safety audits and staff training.
