Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a strong leader to coordinate and supervise maintenance associates, ensuring equipment reliability and safety across facilities. You will oversee building repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and coordination with external contractors to minimize downtime and meet health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining sanitation, managing work orders, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• 1+ year in carpentry, electrical or plumbing; 2+ years on HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Oversees and maintains warehouse and facility maintenance.
• Coordinates outside building contractors.
• Keeps records of work orders for preventive maintenance and monitors ammonia cooling systems.
• Oversees building sanitation.
• Assists in running day shift warehouse operations.
• Champions handling of damaged goods and supports external audits.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
