Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with focus in technical trades, BS in Management, or Engineering a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
• Experience with CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5+ maintenance technicians and support staff, manage attendance and hiring in partnership with Manager.
• Coordinate labor, schedules and maintenance workflows to support warehouse operations.
• Oversee outsourced vendors and ensure work meets standards and timelines.
• Analyze daily maintenance metrics and manage CMMS inputs and task scheduling.
• Monitor parts usage and inventory levels, communicate with corporate teams on asset transfers.
