Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll supervise staff, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Production Manager on budgets and capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years repairing industrial processing equipment.
• 2+ years supervising maintenance personnel.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics.
• Maintenance administration: planning, scheduling, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment.
• Perform basic welding to repair facilities.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assets.
• Manage maintenance scheduling and budgeting.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
