Job summary

Teleflora, a leader in floristry services, seeks a Supervisor, Facility Maintenance in Oklahoma City to oversee building upkeep, safety compliance, and a maintenance team. You’ll coordinate budgets, vendor contracts, and hands-on repairs to keep our facilities safe and presentable for staff.

Ideal candidates have general maintenance experience, especially in plumbing, electrical and mechanical trades, plus supervisory background. On-site, Mon–Fri, 8a–5p, with on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with commercial plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration and electrical work preferred.
• Ability to use related tools with substantial experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled monthly checks through the building.
• Change filters as needed.
• Check sprinkler heads during spring and summer to ensure proper operation.
• Perform or assist in basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
• Supervise and manage maintenance team and assign tasks.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and budgets for the facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contract and oversee outside vendors for large-scale maintenance and repairs.
