Job summary

Teleflora is seeking a Supervisor, Facility Maintenance in Oklahoma City, OK. This onsite role supervises a Maintenance Technician, coordinates tasks, and manages budgets and vendor contracts to keep the facility safe, attractive, and efficient.

You will oversee building upkeep, supervise repairs, and develop schedules to ensure equipment operates reliably while complying with health and safety regulations. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with on-call time as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized commercial plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration and electrical vocation experience in or after high school helpful.
• Must be able to use tools and equipment related to these fields with expertise acquired through extensive experience and/or specialized training.
• Heavy lifting, ability to pull push or lift up to 70 pounds.
• Knowledge: read and interpret complex materials; basic Windows operations; data recording/record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled monthly checks through the building.
• Change filters as needed.
• Inspect the facility regularly to identify issues and necessary repairs.
• Supervise and manage maintenance team and assigning tasks.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for the facilities and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Manage budgets, including purchasing supplies and equipment for repairs and renovations.
• Contract and oversee outside vendors for large-scale maintenance and repairs.
