Job summary

State of Oklahoma, through OMES, seeks a Maintenance Technician II for on-site facilities management in Oklahoma City. The role provides maintenance support for multiple state buildings, requiring a high school diploma and two years’ related experience. This is a full-time position with regular hours and on-site work.

Compensation includes generous leave and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary is up to $50,675 based on education and experience, with 40-hour weeks and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a skilled building trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of multiple state buildings.
• Perform complex maintenance and repair activities with minimal supervision.
• Complete PM inspection schedules for all buildings assigned.
• Address work requests as assigned.
• Set up events within OFM managed facilities to ensure occupant safety.
