Job summary

Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) in Oklahoma City is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the Office of Facilities Management. The role includes on-site maintenance, inspections, and handling work requests to keep state buildings safe and functional.

Two years of maintenance or related trade experience and a high school diploma are required. This is an on-site, 40-hour week position with benefits and potential evening/weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a skilled building trade, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of multiple state buildings managed by OMES Office of Facilities Management.
• Perform complex maintenance and repair activities with minimal supervision.
• Complete assigned PM inspection schedules for all buildings assigned.
• Address work requests as assigned.
• Set up events within OFM managed facilities to ensure occupant safety.
