Under limited supervision, the Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance, and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment across multiple owned and leased locations. This role performs a wide range of routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained. Duties include basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, carpentry, safety inspections, and assistance with setups, moves, and minor repairs.

SAFETY SENSITIVE JOB CLASSIFICATION:
This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the “safety-sensitive” classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. ON CALL REQUIREMENT:
This position requires participation in a rotating on call schedule. Employees must be available to respond to emergency maintenance situations outside of normal business hours in accordance with departmental procedures.
