Hunter Douglas, Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee site maintenance across structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems in Austin.

You will act as the main liaison with external service providers while ensuring OSHA and local safety compliance. You will maintain service records, coordinate complex repairs, and support capital projects, while enforcing internal safety protocols and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring OSHA compliance and building/fire safety standards.
• Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory officials.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting for facility machinery and systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of the facility including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC elements.
• Serve as primary contact for external facility service providers (janitorial, utilities, waste management).
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and coordinate complex repairs with specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
• Coordinate with local authorities on fire codes and building regulations.
