Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for external facility service providers (janitorial, utilities, waste management).
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and coordinate with outside specialists for complex repairs.
• Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, service contracts, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
• Coordinate with local municipalities to maintain compliance with fire codes and building regulations.
• Support capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

Position Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the facility, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This position serves as the primary contact for external service providers, ensures compliance with OSHA and local building regulations, and supports capital improvement projects as needed. The role involves routine facility inspections, maintaining service records, coordinating complex repairs with vendors, and ensuring adherence to internal safety protocols.
