You will coordinate with external service providers, ensure OSHA compliance, and support capital improvements to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• OSHA standards and building codes knowledge required.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory officials.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for facility systems.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the facility's structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Serve as primary contact for external facility service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and coordinate with specialists for complex repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, contracts, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and internal safety protocols.
• Coordinate with municipalities to meet fire codes and building regulations.
• Support capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively resolve issues.
