• Coordinate with local municipalities to maintain compliance with fire codes, building regulations, and other applicable local standards.
• Support capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

Position Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the facility, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
