Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee repair and preventative maintenance of production equipment across the plant. You will guide technicians, train staff, and drive safety and reliability in operations.

The role requires strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, and hands-on leadership to implement maintenance programs and optimize performance throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–9 years maintenance experience with 2+ years in leadership/management.
• Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance and electrical equipment.
• Experience with maintenance software and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of production equipment across the plant.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to maintenance technicians.
• Interview, train, and appraise maintenance staff performance.
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage inventory of tools and parts.
