City of Round Rock is seeking a Supervisor – Facility Maintenance to oversee over one million square feet of city facilities and a team of Facility Maintenance Technicians. You will assign work orders, schedule tasks, and verify both internal and vendor work to ensure safety, functionality, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating vendor schedules, auditing work, and developing preventative maintenance plans.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of facility maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Proficient in maintenance management software.
• One year of supervisory or team-leader experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility maintenance staff, assign work orders, schedule tasks, and review performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors, inspect vendor work for quality and timeliness.
• Lead in assigning work orders to technicians and trades (HVAC, Electrician); order supplies.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and ensure timely work completion.
• Track assets and inventory using Brightly software.
