Job summary

BSR is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Round Rock, Texas. You will perform general maintenance and repairs across an apartment community, lead a team of service technicians, and ensure safe, clean, and inviting homes for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, HVAC and electrical repairs, plumbing, appliance installations, pool maintenance, and on-call emergencies. A high school diploma and 5–7 years of maintenance experience are required, with EPA/HVAC

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
5-7 years general maintenance experience.
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry knowledge.
EPA certification and/or HVAC license; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair assigned apartment community.
Prepare vacant homes for new residents (painting, carpet cleaning, etc.).
Respond to work orders in occupied apartments and perform HVAC and electrical repairs.
Handle plumbing, carpentry, appliance installation/repair, and pool maintenance.
Lead and train service technicians; supervise on-site team.
On-call emergency service as required; monitor common areas and grounds.
