Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Round Rock is seeking a Sr. Facilities Assistant to coordinate the daily operations of the facilities management team onsite in Round Rock, TX.

You will maintain a safe, functional, and efficient work environment and oversee building maintenance, repairs, and services. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and structural systems, coordinating vendor service requests, and space planning for office moves.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years' experience in industrial and/or manufacturing maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of facility maintenance processes, building systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the facilities management team.
• Maintain a safe, functional and efficient work environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for facility infrastructure (HVAC, structural, mechanical, electrical).
• Lead space planning and layout changes for office relocations and new workstation setups.
• Prepare management reports on facility performance and resolutions.
