Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a strong Maintenance Supervisor in Rock Island, IL to coordinate and supervise maintenance associates and tasks on facilities and equipment. You will oversee building repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and safety compliance to minimize downtime and ensure operability.

The role requires experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/refrigeration, with 2–4 years in related trades.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
2-4 years experience.
1+ year in each of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing; 2+ years on HVAC/refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
Oversees and maintains warehouse and facility maintenance.
Coordinates outside building contractors.
Keeps records of work orders for preventive maintenance and monitors ammonia cooling systems.
Oversees building sanitation.
Assist in running day shift warehouse operations.
Warehouse damaged goods champion.
Play a key role in external audits.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
