Job summary

Trividia Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across production plant and office areas in Lancaster, NH. You will manage resources, budgets and personnel to maximize equipment availability with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, a background in processing/packaging equipment, and knowledge of PLCs/SCADA. This is a full-time on-site position offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to drive capital

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent with five years related experience or training.
Strong interpersonal communication and supervisory abilities are required.
Experience with processing and packaging equipment (steam kettles, blenders, mixers, tablet presses, fillers, cappers, cartoners, labelers) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with PLCs and SCADA systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, implement and manage maintenance activities, resources, and personnel to maximize equipment and facility availability.
Develop and administer department budget; implement approved policies and procedures.
Supervise maintenance team; conduct performance reviews and training; manage disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with Production Managers on priorities and capital projects.
Oversee preventative maintenance program and sanitation processes.
