Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Director of Facilities Management. You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure timely work orders and quality repairs.

The role includes overseeing building systems, safety, budget adherence, and interactions with residents to maintain a pleasant living environment.

Qualifications

• Operations and maintenance knowledge in building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Leadership ability to guide maintenance teams to goals.
• Project management to oversee work orders and status updates.
• Legal and regulatory knowledge in codes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and sewer systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors on renovations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and select replacements as needed.
• Ensure safety, infection control and budget compliance.
