Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a seasoned Facilities Leader to direct maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and laundry across the campus. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality service while coordinating apartment refurbishments and coordinating with contractors.

Ideal candidates will have substantial facilities management experience, strong project management and the ability to lead a diverse team, with a focus on safety and service excellence for residents

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities experience; 10+ years with no degree.
• Senior facilities manager or equivalent leadership experience.
• Knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong project management track record.
• Proficient computer skills for communication and management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to guide diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Department and oversee maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and laundry.
• Participate in strategic planning and campus accreditation processes.
• Oversee apartment refurbishments and coordinate with contractors and in-house staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and campus safety programs.
• Schedule work orders and supervise timely completion; train and evaluate staff.
• Develop policies and procedures; conduct reviews and performance appraisals.
