Nutrition 101 LLC, headquartered in Pendleton, IN, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a 7-day operation. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage work orders in CMMS, ensuring safety, reliability, and maximum uptime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or Associate’s degree in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing/processing environments.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred (even small team oversight).
• Demonstrated experience with mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, pumps, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Preventive maintenance programs and scheduling.
• CMS or maintenance tracking systems (CMMS) experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, LOTO, and general safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and maintain the highest standards of the Company’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations across the facility or property.
• Communicate clearly with all operations teams through company systems.
• Lead by example including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support technicians with complex repairs.
• Follow scheduled maintenance routines to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
• Conduct routine safety inspections to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities (CMMS or logs).
• Collaborate with teams to provide input on equipment layout and efficiency improvements.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and certifications; participate in training of others.
