Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain facility systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment and document work in CMMS, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call coverage, overtime possible. A technical background and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; technical certifications preferred.
• 2–3 years in facilities/industrial maintenance or related technical experience desired.
• Able to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime and extend life of facilities.
• Maintain inspection and maintenance records in CMMS or logs.
• Assist with installation and testing of new machinery or equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in training and certifications.
