Actus Nutrition is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee all plant facilities and equipment maintenance programs. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring operations run efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop maintenance plans, manage parts inventory, coach staff, and ensure GMP and safety compliance while collaborating with other departments to improve productivity and reliability.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years industrial maintenance management in food-grade operation.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be on call for issues outside of normal hours.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, supervise, and perform building, grounds, and equipment maintenance including preventive and repair tasks.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate orders.
• Develop work order programs and supervise contractors for non-emergency projects.
• Implement and monitor a Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Provide weekly project and budget updates to Plant Manager; manage expenses to avoid budget overruns.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve safety and productivity.
• Recruit, train, and lead maintenance staff; promote team-based environment.
• Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.
