Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance team activities with supervisor.
• Oversee MHE, building, refrigeration, and battery tech operations.
• Manage budgets, rentals, purchases, and capital improvements.
• Audit work orders, purchase orders, and PM schedules; monitor KPIs.
