Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across MHE, building and refrigeration. You will coordinate daily operations, support CMMS management, and oversee external vendors to ensure timely, quality work.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in facilities maintenance, strong technical aptitude, and CMMS experience; a management or engineering background is a plus. This on-site role is based in the United States warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with focus in technical trades.
• BS in Management or Engineering a plus.
• Experience with CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of 5+ maintenance technicians and specialists; manage scheduling, coverage, and discipline.
• Coordinate maintenance and preventative programs; provide technical support.
• Oversee outsourced vendors and ensure work meets standards and timelines.
• Analyze maintenance metrics; manage CMMS inputs and routine tasks.
• Monitor inventories and manage parts usage with CMMS reporting for asset transfers.
• Support payroll timekeeping and participate in Senior Leadership Team meetings.
