Job summary

Forj Medical is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 300,000+ square feet of manufacturing and office space. You will ensure building systems operate reliably and coordinate both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.

You will mentor a maintenance team, respond to tickets with a proactive approach, and collaborate with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring safety and quality standards across Arden

Qualifications

2-5+ years of lead experience in commercial/industrial maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Proficiency with computer-based applications and maintenance/work order systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee all commercial building maintenance activities with a proactive mindset.
Prioritize and assign work orders based on urgency and impact.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
Mentor and train the maintenance staff to develop skills.
Support daily objectives and ensure goals are met.
Identify cost-savings opportunities and reduce outsourced spend.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and preventive schedules.
Ensure accurate task completion with thorough documentation.
