Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of related experience.
• Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity involving commercial construction.
• Must have a valid Florida driver license.
• Computer skills as required for the position

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, construct, repair, and maintain the various physical facilities within the assigned area in the School District.
• Work from drawings and sketches to estimate materials, supplies, manpower, and total cost.
• Prepare a master work schedule and crew assignments; assign the work to the various trades and inspect for conformance to plans.
• Inspect job during each visit for quality of workmanship, safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety rules and procedures; adhere to district policies.
