Job summary

The Beacon/The Anchorage in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property upkeep and safety for maintenance staff and contractors. You will ensure repairs comply with local codes and safety standards, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate emergency coverage.

You will supervise junior staff, maintain records, and train colleagues while adhering to OSHA policies and company procedures. A high school diploma and EPA certification eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must have OSHA safety awareness and documentation practices.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on property equipment per manufacturer manuals.
• Inspect apartments, buildings and common areas; perform repairs and janitorial tasks.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and vendor requests; maintain safety and compliance.
