SEK-CAP, Inc. in the United States seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance across agency properties, including offices and housing units.

The role supervises staff and contract workers to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will develop systems for tracking work orders, review bids with the Property Manager, inspect completed work, and respond to facility emergencies.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• NSPIRE Inspection Certification and Lead Based Paint safety training preferred.
• Background checks, health assessments, and drug screening required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for agency properties.
• Develop and monitor systems for reporting, tracking, and resolving maintenance needs.
• Review bids with the Property Manager on repairs and improvements.
• Inspect completed work for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records accurately.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contracted labor; coach when needed.
• Respond to facility emergencies and monitor safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and department policies.
