SEK-CAP, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance across agency properties and lead maintenance staff and contractors. You will ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while supporting quality housing environments for staff and tenants.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience in facilities management and NSPIRE-related practices. This is an in-person, full-time position with benefits.

• Proficiency with MS Office and digital calendars.
• Knowledge of general office equipment and technology.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Develop systems to report, track, and resolve maintenance needs.
• Obtain bids and advise on repairs with the Property Manager.
• Inspect work for regulatory and standards compliance.
• Communicate results to tenants, contractors, and management.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contracted services.
• Review contract labor billing with the Property Manager.
• Ensure program goals and regulatory compliance.
• Support compliance with housing regulations and NSPIRE standards.
• Coordinate safety with the Safety and Security Committee.
• Respond to alarms and facility emergencies as needed.
• Maintain cameras and monitor for day/night recording.
