Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate emergency and safety issues to the Property Manager.
• Ensure all employees are trained and equipped for their duties.
• Maintain inventory purchasing according to budgetary guidelines.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to check property aesthetics and functionality.
• Monitor upkeep of mechanical equipment including HVAC systems.
