Responsibilities

• Supervise the Engineering staff to ensure owner/guest service and facility maintenance.
• Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and replace tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, locate shut-off valves, and inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers; operate power lift; complete life safety tests.
