Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead resort maintenance teams, supervise staff, and coordinate with vendors to ensure top-notch property upkeep and guest safety. The role covers exterior, facilities, and swimming pool maintenance across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in facilities maintenance, a relevant degree, and applicable certifications (CPO, AFO, HVAC, OSHA). Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in facilities/property management.
• Experience in a manager-level resort maintenance role.
• 1–2 years of building and facilities maintenance experience.
• 1 year experience caring for large commercial pools and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and custodial operations for exterior care, upkeep of facilities, and pool areas.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with outside vendors to minimize guest disruption.
• Inspect work for quality and safety, manage materials and supplies, and assign tasks to team members.
• Lead maintenance projects across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pool systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and update property management records.
