Job summary
Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Engineer to supervise the Engineering staff, ensuring top-tier owner and guest service and ongoing facility maintenance. Responsibilities include calibration, inspection, and preventative maintenance of tools and equipment, as well as managing shut-off valves and safety protocols.
The role also supports disaster response planning and safety training.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Engineering staff to ensure owner/guest service and facility maintenance.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines; perform preventative maintenance and calibrate controls.
- Assist in development of disaster response protocols and safety procedures; complete life safety checks.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
