Job summary

Sportsplex New Windsor is seeking a Maintenance & Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and housekeeping across the club. You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and help manage budgets alongside the General Manager.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage preventative maintenance, scheduling, and facility standards to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations year-round.

Qualifications

• Commercial building maintenance or fitness club operations experience.
• Supervising and developing staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and inclement weather.
• Experience tracking departmental expenses and working within budgets.
• Outdoor grounds maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance Coordination & Oversight with third-party vendors.
• Vendor & Budget Management and cost oversight.
• Leadership & Supervision of maintenance staff.
• Task Planning & Problem Solving for facility needs.
• Groundskeeping including landscaping and snow removal.
• Emergency Response as on-call for alarms and emergencies.
• Administrative Tasks with logs, schedules, and reports using basic software.
