Job summary

Gold's Gym - Cascade Fitness, LLC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to keep all gym spaces safe, clean, and fully operational. You will oversee building maintenance, equipment repairs, housekeeping operations, and the Facility Ticketing System.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and maintaining high cleanliness and member safety. The role requires after-hours flexibility and the ability to manage a small team and schedule preventive tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Certifications in plumbing, mechanical, or electrical trades preferred.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience; fitness facility experience preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and follow written instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled with hand tools and some power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Flexibility for after-hours or weekend work when needed.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Housekeeping supervision: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Train staff on cleaning standards and chemical safety.

• Maintain pool, spa, and sauna areas; ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Update and manage the Facility Ticketing System for all work orders and PM tasks.
• Collaborate with approved vendors and order parts.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance tasks
• Fitness equipment repair and preventative care
• Housekeeping supervision: support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance
• Train staff on cleaning standards and chemical safety
• Implement cleaning schedules and conduct quality inspections
• Maintain pool, spa, and sauna areas; ensure chemical balance and safety
• Perform routine HVAC, electrical, and plumbing PM tasks
• Complete carpentry repairs, lighting replacements, and painting projects
• Update and manage the Facility Ticketing System for all work orders and PM tasks
• Collaborate with approved vendors and order necessary parts
