Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, repair, and maintain facilities within the assigned area.
• Prepare master work schedule and assign crew members by trade.
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and conformance to plans and codes.
• Provide daily reports to the Area Manager, Trades; assist in budgeting.
• Order materials and recommend supplies and equipment for purchase.
• Recruit, screen and train craftspersons; evaluate performance.
• Conduct annual inspections of assigned schools and follow-ups.
