Job summary

Robesonia Logistics, LLC, part of the C&S Wholesale Grocers family, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operation of warehouse assets. You will oversee 5+ technicians and coordinate preventive maintenance, scheduling, and CMMS updates.

The role requires technical aptitude, strong computer skills, and experience with CMMS; the candidate will collaborate with site leadership and may assume site duties in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with focus in technical trades or related field.
• BS in Business Administration/Management or Engineering a plus.
• 5–7 years of facilities/maintenance supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5+ maintenance technicians and specialists.
• Coordinate hiring, training, coaching, and performance management in partnership with the Manager.
• Provide technical support and manage maintenance schedules, PM programs, and CMMS data.
