Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to support warehouse operations with expertise in MHE systems, building systems, and maintenance asset management.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure CMMS-driven efficiency across facilities while aligning with regional operations. A strong background in electrical/management disciplines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering or Management.
• 5–7 years of facilities management experience with a focus on MHE.
• Experience with CMMS and asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance team operations with Supervisor.
• Oversee facilities budgets, rentals, and capital improvements.
• Manage MHE, building, refrigeration, battery, and other maintenance staff and vendors.
• Provide technical support for MHE operations and coordinate labor for shops.
• Audit and close work orders and purchase orders daily/weekly.
• Oversee CMMS usage and monitor performance metrics with leadership.
• Travel required: No.
