Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years maintenance experience in large distribution center and/or manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a large distribution center and/or manufacturing environment.
• Technically proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to review and critique schematic diagrams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment and facility systems; enforce timely preventive maintenance.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel; ensure skill sets meet job requirements.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for construction projects; validate quality and safety compliance.
• Oversee inventory levels for maintenance parts and optimize through supplier partnerships.
• Ensure contractual compliance for landscaping, mat rental, pest control, snow removal, waste management, and fire system maintenance.
• Maintain an active partnership with safety committees to address safety issues on the property.
