Job summary

Robesonia Logistics LLC seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 5+ technicians, oversee maintenance of MHE, building systems and equipment, and ensure safe, efficient operations at the Robesonia facility.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage CMMS data, monitor parts and inventory, and partner with the site leadership to align staffing, schedules and performance with warehouse needs. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees or higher in business/engineering preferred; high school diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5+ technicians in maintenance, scheduling and performance management.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and daily maintenance activities across facilities.
• Oversee vendor and outsourced work to meet timelines and standards.
• Monitor metrics, CMMS inputs, inventory usage and asset retirement.
