Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization supporting warehouse operations. You will oversee MHE, building systems, and maintenance assets, coordinating a diverse team of technicians, vendors, and capital projects.

You will also manage annual operating and capital budgets, drive preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with corporate protocols while partnering with regional leadership to minimize operational

Qualifications

5-7 years of facilities management experience with a focus on MHE and building systems.
Experience with CMMS systems is a plus.
Oversight of annual operational budgets and capital budgets is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations of the maintenance team with the Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance.
Oversee facilities operations budgets, rentals, purchases, and capital improvements.
Manage maintenance technicians and vendors; evaluate performance and coordinate labour.
Provide MHE operations technical support and coordinate shop schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
Review WOs and purchase orders; audit processes and workforce performance.
Monitor and report on operation metrics including downtime, parts, and warranties.
Assist Director with budget monitoring and procurement of MHE equipment.
