Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead carpentry and maintenance work across architectural projects, ensuring structural soundness and compliance with industry standards.

You will supervise carpenters and general maintenance staff, coordinate with program managers, conduct site walks, prepare scopes of work, and uphold safety and quality on IDIQ repairs and new construction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least five years of journey level carpentry experience required.
• Two years' supervisory experience in building construction trade required.
• Facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Completion of Carpentry Trade School is highly desirable.
• Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri daytime with some evenings/weekends; some work outside regular hours.
• Clean MVR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff on standard industry practices.
• Coordinate with Site Maintenance Manager on planning, scheduling, design and QC requirements.
• Monitor and inspect projects; prepare written final reports.
• Conduct site walks and QA walkthroughs with tenants and WHS clients.
• Write scopes of work, permits, and activity hazard analyses; produce architectural drawings as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations, codes, and building standards are strictly followed.
• Support other departments with grounds, dock operations, and service vendors.
• Perform skilled journey level carpentry in construction, alteration, and repair of buildings.
