Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance and repair work across facilities, grounds, and inventory support. The role involves carpentry, painting, door hardware, and basic repairs, with duties that adapt to tenant requests and safety standards.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; prior building maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ work experience in carpentry and painting required.
• Prior experience providing maintenance and repairs of buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support duties as assigned for Facility Maintenance, Grounds, Inventory/Warehouse, Loading Dock Freight and Material Handling.
• Perform basic rough and finish carpentry work and prepare surfaces for paint or finish; assist with door/lock/hardware repairs.
• Assist with repair on doors, locks, hinges, ceiling tiles and other facility maintenance.
• Serve as Primary Backup for Mail Handling Operations.
• Respond promptly to scheduled/unscheduled tenant maintenance requests.
• Assist as an overall Site Maintenance support specialist with duties as assigned.
