Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to support Facility Maintenance, Grounds, and Warehouse operations. The role includes basic carpentry, painting, door hardware repairs, and general maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of carpentry/painting experience. Strong attention to safety and ability to pass background checks are required. This position is on-site and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ work experience in carpentry and painting required.
• Prior maintenance/repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Facility Maintenance, Grounds, Inventory/Warehouse, Loading Dock Freight and Material Handling duties.
• Perform basic rough and finish carpentry; prep surfaces for paint; assist with door repairs and hardware.
• Provide primary backup for Mail Handling Operations.
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and assist as Site Maintenance support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
