Job summary

ServiceSource Inc in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee carpentry, painting, and general maintenance across our site. You will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinate with contract managers, and ensure work meets safety and code standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling site walks, producing scope of work, and authoring permits and hazard analyses while maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least five years of journey level carpentry experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience in building construction trade required.
• Facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Completion of Carpentry Trade School is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff on carpentry and related tasks.
• Coordinate with Site Maintenance Manager on project planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Perform site inspections and write final reports.
• Build frames, install floors, ramps, partitions, doors and hardware.
• Ensure safety regulations and building codes are followed.
