Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation and maintenance of building systems including lighting, HVAC, plumbing and kitchen equipment at the Anchorage location.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, and documenting work and readings while adhering to safety policies. The role requires English proficiency and a valid driver's license, with on-site work in a public/office setting.

Qualifications

• High school or mechanical trade school graduation or equivalent training.
• At least 3 years of directly related facility maintenance experience in a commercial building setting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Must pass pre-employment requirements including drug test, physical assessment and background check.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to customers at all times.
• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Handle maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment per specs and drawings.
• Utilize tools and measuring devices to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Maintain logs of work performed, parts, and readings.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
