Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; plus related experience in janitorial work.
• At least 2 years in janitorial duties with 1 year in supervisory roles.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Pass pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily janitorial activities.
• Train and evaluate staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Inspect offices, restrooms, and common areas for cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of inspections, schedules, and inventories.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and security personnel.
• Handle chemical storage and SDS compliance.
