Terravita Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Staff member to support daily repairs and upkeep of offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds, and related areas.

You will perform general repairs, maintain cleanliness, report supply needs, and ensure reliable attendance. No certifications are required; on-the-job learning and growth within a hospitality-focused property are encouraged.

Compensation

$21.00 per hour

General Purpose

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds, and other areas as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience

Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

Frequently uses hands and reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, and sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and in areas with fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
